The annual salary for the CTSS Therapist is $48,000. Role Summary We are looking to hire a full-time compassionate Mobile Therapist within our Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) at Bethanna. CTSS is a 90-day short-term intervention aimed specifically at stabilizing children and youth who are experiencing a disruption in their home environment or at risk for disruption. Bethanna is the only provider of this specialized program serving Philadelphia Community Behavior Health members. As a CTSS Therapist, you will provide therapy in community-based settings such as a child’s home, school, or daycare. Our therapists provide individual and family therapy, treatment planning, consultation, and collaboration with the case management team of children receiving other Bethanna services such as crisis services, foster care, or other community services. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide Individual and Family Therapy to clients in the home, office, or school, • Be available for Crisis Intervention Consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, • Provide therapeutic support, education and liaison with foster families, biological families (when possible), therapeutic foster care agency staff, and DHS workers, • Generate acceptance and understanding of the child’s mental health problems on behalf of the entire treatment team and families, • Assist with selecting and establishing connections with appropriate treatment and other supportive resources, • Facilitate discharge from CTSS program, • Utilize applied behavioral analysis methods to create behavioral plans for addressing target symptoms that may interfere with placement in foster home or school, • Write treatment plans, in collaboration with other team members, including treatment goals and strategies for all relevant domains Required Education & Experience: • A Masters degree from a regionally accredited program in a clinical mental health discipline that included a clinical practicum with children/adolescents is required., • A minimum of one year post-Masters experience providing assessment, treatment, and case management services to children within the mental health and child welfare system is required., • The employee must have experience with family systems and behavioral interventions; training and experience with play therapy is beneficial., • The ability to work effectively as a team member and navigate multiple systems is critical., • Effective communication (orally and in writing) is required (all candidates must submit a clinical writing sample). Additional Requirements: • Must be at least 21 years of age., • Free of communicable diseases as verified by a physician's statement before beginning this position's duties., • Have Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances completed within the last year., • Access to a personal vehicle to be used for transportation purposes during work; will possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, car insurance, have a safe driving record, and will demonstrate safe driving skills while driving for work purposes.
