Critical Leadership Role: Lead Trauma-Informed Mental Health Therapist (El Paso, TX) Location: El Paso, Texas Make a Profound Impact. Lead the Mission to Protect Vulnerable Children. Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a compassionate and highly experienced leader to fill an immediate opening as a Lead Behavioral Health Specialist. You will be instrumental in supporting the critical behavioral health needs of vulnerable children in DHS care onsite at a federal facility in El Paso, TX. This is more than a leadership position; it is a calling. You will serve as the anchor for a dedicated team of Child Well-Being Specialists, providing expert clinical guidance and acting as the key liaison with federal partners. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, child-centered care in a high-stakes, evolving environment. Your Mission As a Lead Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be on the front lines, providing day-to-day clinical leadership and strategic oversight. Your work will directly impact the well-being of children during a critical time in their lives. • Lead and Mentor: Supervise and provide expert guidance to Child Well-Being Specialists across all shifts., • Be the Primary Liaison: Serve as the crucial link between your team, CBP leadership, DHS headquarters, and partner organizations., • Resolve High-Need Cases: Manage complex and high-stakes child well-being cases with a focus on quick, compassionate escalation and resolution., • Champion Operational Excellence: Oversee shift coverage, coordinate surge staffing, and drive program improvements in behavioral health protocols., • 12 hour shifts., • Shifts will include weekends and holidays on a rotating basis, as well as on-call night shifts., • Master???s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field., • An active, unrestricted license as one of the following:, • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW), • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), • Licensed Psychologist (LP), • At least 5 years of post-licensure experience with a deep understanding of:, • Child development and welfare., • Trauma-informed care and interventions., • Clinical evaluations and case management., • Mission-Critical Impact: Directly protect and support vulnerable children in federal custody., • Build a Legacy: Lead a collaborative team and shape the future of child welfare operations at the border., • Professional Growth: Advance your career with unparalleled leadership and clinical development opportunities., • Make a Difference: Every shift, every decision, every team, every child.
