• Our client, an expert in energy efficiency and a wholesaler/distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support their growing team., • The Customer Service Representative will support customers, contractors, and internal teams across all aspects of HVAC product inquiries, order management, and project coordination. This role focuses on providing high-level customer support while assisting with product applications, pricing, and order execution to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing responsive and reliable support, • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, availability, and order status updates, • Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with internal teams, • Support contractors and customers with project-related needs, ensuring accurate and timely communication, • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm pricing, lead times, and product availability, • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to support ongoing projects and customer accounts, • Assist in preparing quotes, product selections, and basic technical information for customers, • Track project progress and follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, and customer requests, • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and project updates, • Help resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and product concerns in a timely manner, • Support internal teams by providing updates on customer needs, project timelines, and order status, • Stay informed on product offerings, applications, and industry trends to better support customers, • Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications: • 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, or account coordination, • Experience working in HVAC, mechanical, distribution, or construction-related industries is a plus, • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction Compensation: • Base salary up to 75K/year, • Medical benefits / Paid Vacation / Sick Time, • 401k retirement program, • Long-term growth opportunities within a stable, established organization
