Job Description The Role The Operations Supervisor role is essential to the functionality and efficiency of the store. Their core purpose is to maintain the store operations in order to facilitate a seamless customer experience. This role ensures the center operates in full compliance with Title V, Title XXII, and all agency policies. The Director leads programmatic excellence, staff development, and curriculum implementation for Early Childhood programs serving children from birth through age 5, integrating both Montessori and Early Childhood Education principles and practices.
