Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, with a focus on spacecraft and launch vehicle integration. * Knowledge of space mission operations and satellite systems * Strong understanding of spacecraft systems, launch vehicle architecture, and system engineering principles. * Demonstrated experience with spacecraft and launch vehicle systems and integration processes * Knowledge of current systems engineering test and integration tools and methodologies * Enjoys a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment * Possess skills in strategic system thinking, excellent written and oral communication skills, proactive in moving the program forward through team collaborations to achieve timely decisions, ability to earn trust, and maintain positive and professional relationships * Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with polygraph .
