To find out more about RetSci, please visit our website at About this role: RetSci is hiring its first dedicated marketing hire to build and own our marketing function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy, refreshing our website, and creating the foundational content and campaigns that support sales, partnerships, and brand awareness. Youll have a high degree of autonomy to identify priorities, test ideas, and shape how RetSci shows up to the market. Youll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and our Consulting and Science teams. This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into a team lead as RetSci scales. This role is based in Atlanta, GA. What you will do: • Develop, own, and execute the overall marketing strategy for RetSci, aligned with company growth goals, • Lead a major refresh of the RetSci website, including messaging, structure, and content, • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, • Create high-quality content for the website, including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and marketing copy, • Build and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, etc.), • Manage and grow RetScis social media presence (especially LinkedIn) through consistent content and partnership announcements, • Design or coordinate the creation of marketing visuals and brand assets (social graphics, website banners, light design work), • Maintain and update the website using WordPress or similar CMS tools, • Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, customer communications, basic automation), • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and website traffic, • Track marketing performance metrics and continuously improve based on data and insights, • Collaborate closely with Sales and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and positioning, • Act as the owner of RetScis brand voice and market presence What you bring to the table: • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, data, AI, consulting, or enterprise technology, • Experience building or owning marketing for a smaller or fast-growing company (startups or scale-ups are a big plus), • Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value, • Hands-on experience with:, • Website management (WordPress or similar CMS), • Content marketing and basic SEO, • Social media (especially LinkedIn for B2B), • Email marketing tools and basic automation, • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize independently, • A builder mindset youre excited to create structure where none exists yet Tech Stack (nice to have familiarity with): • WordPress or similar CMS, • Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms, • Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools Even better if: • Experience in retail, supply chain, data science, or analytics-related industries, • Experience partnering closely with Sales on pipeline and enablement, • Comfort working with light design tasks or managing freelance designers, • Experience launching or repositioning a brand, • Startup or first-marketer experience Our Recruitment Process: Youll have 4 rounds of interviews with: • Our requitement team, • Our COO, • Our CEO What we offer: (US) • In addition to joining us on our journey to build state-of-the-art, AI-enabled software, youll also get a ton of perks!, • Competitive salary, benefits, and equity stock plans for all employees, • The week between Christmas and New Year's Day as holidays, • Great medical insurance & 401K with matching, • On Wednesdays, we have free lunches, and our office building has a complimentary gym with free classes from yoga to kickboxing.
