Job Summary The Systems Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating daily service operations for the Systems Department. This position is responsible for scheduling field service technicians, managing customer communications, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring efficient routing and timely job completion. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and professional when handling urgent service requests or challenging customer situations.
