As a BIS you will provide functional behavioral analysis and behavior/psychological assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans and assist with the development and implementation of individual goals. These roles can have some flexibility in start and end times, with weekly office hours. Please Note: These roles have some autonomy, but the BIS is required to drive and travel to assigned QSAC locations. BIS - Family Services Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS) provide 1 to 1 services in the individual’s home and community. Applicants should have knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BIS will work with the individual, family and Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff to develop and monitor Person Centered Service Plans to assist the individual in achieving their personal goals.
