In our homes, like many others, love was expressed through food. Our moms, titas, lolas, and abuelas didn’t just cook — they created. Whether it was adobo, arroz con pollo, or a sizzling batch of carne asada, every dish carried the same message: You’re home. So when we built Amor y Limón, we knew we didn’t just want to sling tacos. We wanted to serve that same feeling — that same warmth. Our menu is rooted in the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexican street food, elevated with a hint of Filipino soul. You might only spot a couple dishes that you'd call “Filipino” outright, but trust us — Filipino warmth and Mexican heart are in every bite. Think: Crispy pork belly that nods to lechon kawali, wrapped in a handmade tortilla. Adobo-marinated meats, brightened with citrusy salsas. It’s far from traditional — but always intentional. Never duplicated. We blend flavors, techniques, and stories — never forced, always from the heart. Yes, we’re a street taco truck. But more than that? We’re a bite of the story we’re living and building — one plate at a time. This is our love letter: To the meals that raised us. To the families who inspired us. To the city that shaped us.
