As a Case Manager- Adult Training you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our residents. Responsibilities: • Asist with the training of new employees which includes: Implementation of behavior plans/techniques (if applicable), resident’s needs, vehicle safety, fire procedures, and all relevant Fee for service documentation., • Ensure resident files include all relevant documentation as outlined in the Standards for Day Programs, • Attend all ISP's and ensure final documentation of resident is in order, • Complete internal and state incident/accident reports as needed., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, • Track and monitor Medicaid renewals and guardianship paperwork., • Participate in team meetings and case conferences, • Cooperate with licensee and Depart of Human Services with inspections, • Assist with the planning of seasonal activities., • Review lesson plans and assist with the implementation, • Meet with instructors on monthly basis to go over caseloads and goals Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Social Services, Special Education, or related field, • Minimum of two or more years working with individuals with developmental disabilities, • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn various web-based applications, • Detailed-oriented and effective communication skills to interact with all staff, departments, families, and outside entities., • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently, ability to assist in a 2 person lift for residents, while using a hoyer lift, • Submit to a criminal background check and be determined to be not disqualified by the Department of Human Services prior to hire, • Employee shall submit to drug testing prior to employment, • Employee shall submit to drug testing conducted randomly and for cause, • Agree to have their name checked against the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Child Abuse Record Information, • Complete cooperation with the licensee (Hope Christian Services) and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation. ESS Maintenance Mechanic I Job Summary of the position: This position is responsible for the effective and efficient preventative maintenance and repair of all equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure essential to the Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) operation. The position supports various activities and projects to ensure the goals, objectives and strategic initiatives of the Marotta organization are achieved. In addition, effective interaction with a broad spectrum of people both internal and external to the organization is essential to successfully support operations. Essential job functions and responsibilities: • Inspect test equipment and associated infrastructure to detect malfunctions, damage, and adverse conditions and document accordingly for repair/resolution., • Perform preventative maintenance actions to monitor/prolong the life of environmental test equipment including, but not limited to, thermal chambers and electrodynamic shakers., • Perform basic troubleshooting to assess root cause of failure on environmental test equipment that is malfunctioning., • Carry out routine visual inspections of test equipment and electrical harnessing to verify that it is free of FOD and damage. Work with relevant functional groups within Marotta to track and repair damaged equipment., • Perform basic Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) on facility system(s) and support equipment to monitor performance over time., • Manipulate high pressure (up to 6,000psi) infrastructure and equipment as needed to support the test operation., • Perform minor repairs on damaged environmental test fixturing including deburring, drilling, tapping, and surface finishing., • Support thermal screening including loading and unloading of test hardware, thermal chamber operation, and test data collection., • Familiar with the use of volt & multi-meters, hydrometers, flowmeters, amp probes, thermal data loggers, drills/hammer drills, tube bending equipment, and misc. hand-tools such as wrenches, ratchets, drivers and cutters.
