Job DescriptionPosition Overview The Welder Helper supports the welding and fabrication team by preparing materials, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and assisting welders with daily production tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with general labor or manufacturing experience who are interested in developing welding and fabrication skills in a fast-growing industrial environment.
