What You'll Do Doceree is building NEXT - an AI-powered omnichannel platform that transforms how pharmaceutical brands engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). NEXT moves beyond vanity metrics (impressions, clicks) to Clinical Intent - identifying when HCPs are at decision-making moments and delivering the right message across the right channel at the right time. We believe we are still in the early stages of revolutionising the industry and the 0 to 1 journey is done. We are now looking for a Senior Director to own the product end-to-end - from strategy through execution - and build the team and processes to take NEXT from 1 to 10 and beyond. This is a leadership role with high ownership. You will define the product roadmap, make difficult trade-offs, build a high-performing PM team, and work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, commercial, and customer success to deliver a category-defining product. Product Strategy & Vision • Own the end-to-end product strategy for the NEXT platform across all modules: audience engine, clinical intent triggers, sequence orchestration, channel management, and analytics, • Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing innovation with commercial priorities, • Conduct competitive analysis and identifying positioning opportunities in the omnichannel HCP engagement space, • Present roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to executive leadership and key clients Product Execution • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration through an AI first approach, • Create prototypes, author high-quality PRDs, user stories, and specifications that enable engineering to execute with clarity, • Drive weekly release cadences with a lean, fast-moving engineering and product team, • Own product quality - if it's not demo-ready, it hasn't shipped Team Leadership • Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers, • Establish product management best practices, rituals, and frameworks, • Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and customer obsession Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Data Science to evolve the Clinical Intent Score methodology and AI-driven orchestration, • Work with Design to deliver intuitive experiences for campaign configuration, journey building, and analytics, • Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure product-market fit and enable sales success, • Align with Compliance and Medical Affairs on regulatory requirements and MLR workflows Measurement & Optimisation • Define success metrics the product surface - from engagement quality to Rx lift attribution, • Built feedback loops from client deployments into product improvement cycles, • Use data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and drive prioritisation Who You Are Must-Have • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing PMs, • Experience building 0-to-1 products - taking something from concept through launch to product-market fit, • Strong technical fluency - comfortable with AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and API-driven architectures, • Healthcare or regulated industry experience - pharmaceutical, medical devices, health tech, • Exceptional written and verbal communication - you'll be authoring strategy documents, presenting to executives, and aligning diverse stakeholders, • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information Strong Differentiators • Experience with omnichannel marketing platforms, marketing automation, or campaign orchestration tools, • Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations - HCP engagement, brand marketing, medical affairs, • Experience with AI/ML-powered products - particularly LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive models, • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, Veeva) and how pharma companies manage HCP relationships, • Experience scaling product teams and establishing PM practices in a growth-stage company What You're Like • You balance strategic thinking with execution - you can define a 2-year vision and also unblock a spring issue, • You're comfortable with ownership - strategy, specs, design review, launch, iteration - no handoffs to "someone else", • You have strong opinions, loosely held - you can defend a roadmap decision and change your mind when data says otherwise, • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast despite incomplete information, • You're energised by healthcare impact - the idea that your product might help HCPs access the right clinical information faster motivates you Benefits • Competitive salary and bonus plan, • Stellar health care plan options for you and your family (Medical, Dental & Vision), • 401K + 4% Matching, • Generous PTO, vacations & sick leave, • Extensive paid parental/maternity leave, • Team events At Doceree, we know that our Company’s strength lies in the diversity of our employees.
