We are seeking a self-driven, operations-minded, and people-focused Store Manager to oversee all aspects of bakery operations. As a Crumbl Store Manager, you are not only responsible for leading a team through daily shifts but for the overall success, sustainability, and culture of your store. You will handle scheduling, inventory, team development, and financial performance - all while delivering joyful experiences to every customer, one dessert at a time. Responsibilities Leadership & Culture * Champion Crumbl's culture and mission through your leadership * Build, train, and retain a strong team of bakers, shift leads, and drivers * Model professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high standard of excellence Operations Management * Oversee all bakery operations: cookie quality, presentation, baking timelines, and order fulfillment * Manage and adjust employee schedules based on labor forecasts and store needs * Lead inventory ordering and waste reduction efforts * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local health and safety standards Performance & Metrics * Monitor store KPIs including labor cost, COGS, ticket averages, and sales growth * Actively participate in strategies to drive new customer acquisition and community engagement * Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and team performance Customer Experience * Ensure every customer receives warm, friendly, and memorable service * Train team members in Crumbl's hospitality standards * Act on customer feedback to enhance the store experience Communication & Problem-Solving * Clearly communicate expectations, updates, and goals to team members * Act as the primary point of contact between ownership/upper management and the store team * Resolve customer and employee issues with professionalism and efficiency Qualifications * Leadership: 2+ years of experience in retail/restaurant management preferred * Scheduling & Inventory: Proven experience managing labor budgets and ordering systems * Tech Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling apps, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and internal communication platforms * Strong Work Ethic: Passion for excellence, consistency, and results * Team-Oriented: Committed to coaching and developing others * Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a service-first mindset * Adaptability: Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure What We Value * Character: Trust, integrity, and accountability in everything you do * Excellence: Strive to exceed expectations with attention to every detail * Positivity: Lead with optimism, encouragement, and a solutions mindset * Grit: Be bold, persistent, and resilient in reaching store goals * Safety First: Ensure a safe environment for team and customers at all times Ready to lead one of the sweetest teams in town?
