Position Overview The Market Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering volume, distribution, and merchandising performance across the assigned market covering all channels of business, both on and off-premise. * Position is on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Primary Responsibilities • General administrative and receptionist duties (answer phones, take and distribute messages or transfer calls and greet visitors), • Provide support to the marketing and logistics teams, • Securely pack and ship all requests that come through the New York office, • Fulfill product pickups and drop-offs, • Maintain inventory and restock shipping supplies, • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries daily, • Arrange messenger pick up or delivery, • Assist in coordinating office visits and content shoots, • Maintain sets and content rooms, • Ensure sets are always clear and ready for use, • Ensure all lights and displays are powered on and functioning properly, • Maintain office, • Manage any office repairs and set designs including handling contractors for set redesign project., • Manage company office accounts regarding purchasing, obtaining approvals, and following appropriate company policies & procedures., • Empty trash/recycling bins daily, • Trash/recycling removal weekly, • Cleaning up after content shoots and tastings, washing glassware, • Cleaning of counter and floors, • Scheduling cleaning service as needed, • Maintain overall cleanliness of restrooms, • Inventory Management, • Order office supplies, • Maintain inventory of product at New York office, • Organize POS closet and maintain stock of all brands, • Coordinate product and POS delivery with the logistics team, • Associate degree preferred, • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, • Organized and detail-oriented, • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, • Ability to manage projects from inception to final execution with little supervision, • Commitment to meeting deadlines and going the extra mile, • Frequently required to sit, • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, • Frequently required to talk or hear, • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard, • Frequently required to stand, • Frequently required to walk, • Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel or crawl, • Occasionally required to lift and move up to 50 pounds The compensation for the position is $27.00-$33.00 per hour.
