Role Description This is a full-time Monday through Friday (9:30 AM - 5PM) on-site role for a dual role as a Front Office Receptionist and Legal Assistant located in Hempstead, NY. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, as well as supporting team efficiency. Responsibilities Greeting clients Answering and directing calls Scheduling appointments Maintaining an organized workspace Emailing and writing letters to clients, court officials and attorneys Research country conditions to contribute to evidence packages Assist with the submission of official immigration forms and applications Translating documents into Spanish or English Process financial transactions Perform ad hoc duties as requested by attorneys Qualifications Must be fluent in the English and Spanish Language, including reading and writing Strong proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front office and scheduling appointments Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills Effective Communication abilities to interact with clients, staff, and legal professionals Detail-oriented, with organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in office software and tools is an advantage Previous experience in a legal office setting is preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a client-facing role. Compensation: $17-$20 an hour, depending on experience/ qualifications.

You will interpret shop drawings, operate woodworking machinery, and ensure every finished product meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship. We will pay for LIRR transportation for qualified candidates. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings, • Set up and operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, jointers, routers, edge banders, sanders, and other shop equipment, • Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinet and millwork components, • Work with plywood, MDF, veneers, laminates, and hardwoods, • Verify dimensions and maintain quality throughout production, • Assist with assembly, installations, and shop organization when needed, • Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following shop safety procedures, • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years of cabinetmaking or woodworking experience required, • Ability to read and understand shop drawings and blueprints, • Experience using hand tools and woodworking machinery, • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Reliable and punctual, • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shop, • Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Experience: • Custom cabinetry or architectural millwork experience, • Experience building projects from start to finish, • Experience working in a professional woodshop environment
