Position Summary: Our client, a leader in precision metal casting and machining, is seeking a highly skilled Machine Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of its CNC and manual machining departments. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving machining workflows to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
