You are responsible for handling service requests and customer concerns and working together to maintain the 5 Star reputation we are proud to have earned with the customers and in our community. Specific Responsibilities: • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner, • Schedule calls and communicate scheduling logistics with customers and service technicians., • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns, • Receive parts purchased from appliance parts suppliers, • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in other areasJob Requirements:, • Two years customer service experience, • 2 years administrative experience (preferred), • Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new software programs with proper training., • Excellent typing/keyboard skills (required), • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer focus, • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills, • Positive Attitude, • Team player who can work independently This position is a full-time position. 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.
