This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in event execution, partner coordination, and field marketing—not business development or direct sales. \n\n The role will work closely with internal sales and leadership teams to support marketing targets through high-impact events, trade shows, and partner programs. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events end to end—ensuring flawless logistics, strong brand presence, and meaningful post-event follow-through. \n\n \n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n Event & Field Marketing Execution \n\n\n\t • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, trade shows, and industry conferences\n\t, • Represent the organization on-site by managing booths, materials, vendors, and event logistics\n\t, • Ensure all marketing collateral, signage, and materials are prepared and delivered on time\n\t, • Manage event timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor coordination\n\t, • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with targets, priorities, and key events\n\t, • Support lead generation and post-event follow-up tracking in collaboration with internal stakeholders\n\t, • Support marketing and event initiatives that engage executives and partners connected to the Asian and Asia-Pacific business economy\n\t, • Track event outcomes, leads, and engagement metrics\n\t, • Maintain organized documentation for events, vendors, and partners\n\t, • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices for event and field marketing efforts\n\n\n \n\n Qualifications \n\n Required \n\n\n\t • 5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or event coordination\n\t, • Proven experience planning and executing professional events and trade shows\n\t, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n\t, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\t, • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, vendors, and partners\n\t, • Familiarity with or strong interest in the Asian or Asia-Pacific business landscape\n\t, • Experience supporting international, cross-border, or globally focused organizations\n\t, • Background in B2B, institutional, or economic development marketing environments\n\n\n \n\n \n\n Why This Role \n\n This is a unique opportunity to join a globally focused organization where marketing, events, and international business intersect.
