Job Description Foster Garvey PC, one of the Pacific Northwest's leading law firms, is seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join its BD & Marketing team. Supports the firm’s business development and marketing activities, including assistance with business development and marketing materials such as attorney biographies and photographs, newsletters, client-facing events and meetings, maintenance of department databases and website, assisting with business development research, coordinating firm sponsorships, and additional administrative duties, as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In concert with the Business Development and Marketing team, the essential duties and responsibilities of the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator include the following: • Assists in the drafting, editing, and maintenance of marketing collateral for the firm, including attorney biographies, service descriptions, and placemats/brochures., • Drafts and produces newsletters, • Maintains and oversees inventory of branded client gifts, • Coordinates attorney photos, including scheduling sessions with outside photographers, working to upload photos to the firm’s website and Intranet, and maintaining electronic files of all photos, • Organizes, executes, and supports firm-sponsored events, including seminars, receptions, and other client events; handles all details from conception through execution and follow-up, • Works with the firm’s content management system to document and track all client outreach; maintains client mailing lists, • Collaborates with the Business Development & Marketing Team and firm Research Center to research new business opportunities., • Fulfills requests for business development materials, including bios, service descriptions, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, etc., • Maintains payment of department invoices and credit card reconciliation, • Works on special projects as requested by Chief of Business Development & Marketing, Business Development & Partnerships Manager, and attorneys. Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $57,500-$75,000 annually; however, actual pay may vary depending on the candidate's education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
