The Opportunity GoldSilver (874K YouTube subscribers) and Wealthion (354K subscribers) are two distinct businesses & financial media brands under one parent company (Gold Bullion International) —GoldSilver focused on precious metals and sound money, Wealthion on wealth protection & allocation. Together, the two channels currently publish roughly 10 long-form videos and 40+ short-form clips every week and their media extends beyond video into podcast, web, and occasional print. We're hiring the first VP of Media to own content strategy, editorial judgment, and production quality across both brands. You'll inherit a lean, already-productive team—two producers, editor, and on-camera hosts—and be expected to find and close the gaps in it, not just keep the trains running. Reporting directly to the Head of D2C, you act as the editorial balance to commercial strategy— ensuring our content maintains independent credibility while aligning with broader business goals. Ultimately, this role exists to grow the business, not just the audience. Subscriber counts and view counts are inputs, not the goal—the mandate is media that builds durable trust in both brands and measurably moves the numbers behind them: audience growth that converts, and a stronger case for the businesses every quarter. This is a build role wrapped in a run role. The production calendar doesn't stop while you ramp up, and the calls on where to add capacity, what to centralize across brands, and what to keep separate are yours to make, defend, and revisit as the business changes. What You'll Own Content Strategy, Packaging & Production • Set editorial & content strategy and production standards for both brands—distinct enough to protect each one's voice, consistent enough to justify sharing infrastructure where it helps., • Own data-driven topic planning: use performance analytics, search/trend data, and the macro calendar (FOMC, CPI, gold price moves) to decide what gets covered next, rather than reacting to news as it breaks., • Define and evolve a small number of recurring franchises per that build appointment viewing — the goal is habitual viewers, not a feed of one-off uploads. Recognize when a franchise has outgrown video — deciding when IP is big enough to extend into other formats (books, courses, live events), • Decide format questions with real evidence behind them: long-form vs. shorts mix, whether either brand should return to live programming, how production work is batched, and own cross-platform extension strategy: which content gets repurposed to Shorts/Reels, podcast audio, or others, • Own packaging strategy (Title/Thumbnail CTR optimization, retention curve analysis, hook design) for content to maximize organic reach without resorting to misleading clickbait., • Own the line between financial education and financial advice across both brands' content, working with legal/compliance where needed, and review or spot-check scripts, thumbnails, and claims as the last line of editorial judgment, • Own the production calendar across ~10 long-form videos and 40+ shorts a week, in partnership with both Producers, and the talent and guest bench strategy, • Track the content competitive landscape in precious-metals and macro-investing content and adapt format/topic choices accordingly, rather than operating in a vacuum. Marketing & Product Partnership • Treat content as the top of a funnel Marketing & Product own the rest of—you're accountable for making sure what you produce actually feeds that funnel, not just performs well on its own., • Sync the content calendar with Marketing's campaign calendar, so paid pushes, launches, and seasonal moments are planned together and keep Marketing supplied with a steady pipeline of repurposable content—clips, quotes, data points—for email, paid social, and other owned channels, • Partner closely to ensure content strategy is actually shaped by what turns viewers into customers or leads—not just by what gets views., • Partner to build the attribution measurement (UTMs, tracking, dashboarding) needed to actually calculate the KPIs Team Leadership & Operations • Directly manage the Wealthion Producer, GoldSilver Producer, hosts, and the shared Editing function, • Manage relationships, workflows, and talent evolution for primary hosts across both channels, • Own a team budget in the seven figures spanning headcount, contractor, and outsourced production spend., • Build a real, evidence-based view of where production capacity is going versus where output actually demands it—and act on the gap rather than staff to the org chart you inherited. How This Role is Measured (indicative) • Attributed Business Value (Primary): For GoldSilver — leads and vault storage volume influenced by media touchpoints. For Wealthion — website visits and qualified leads. Tracked jointly with other teams., • YouTube Engine Metrics (Secondary): Average View Duration, CTR on non-subscriber feeds, and 30-second retention stability alongside broader channel growth (subscribers, views, watch time)., • Compliance & Factual Integrity with no regulatory breaches, forced retractions, and major post-publish compliance rewrites. Guest rosters hold up to strict editorial scrutiny., • Production Unit Economics: Cost-per-video efficiency, output velocity, and a production organization that's sized accurately to real output (capacity gaps closed rather than worked around)., • Budget Precision: Seven-figure budget with complete visibility into ROI per content initiative. What We're Looking For Required • 7+ years leading content production at a sustained pace of 5+ long-form pieces a week or equivalent., • Modern Production Workflows: Hands-on experience setting up efficient post-production pipelines to eliminate production bottlenecks, • Business Growth Mindset: You treat audience growth as a means to a business outcome, not an end in itself, and you're genuinely comfortable partnering with—and being measured alongside—Marketing and Product., • Direct people management of producers, editors, and high-profile on-camera talent., • Advanced YouTube Fluency: Deep understanding of algorithmic packaging (CTR, retention graphs, thumbnail strategy) that drives organic distribution for expert-led content., • Experience owning a seven-figure budget and making build-vs-buy or in-house-vs-outsource calls independently., • Direct experience partnering with Marketing/Growth where content was measured against bottom-of-funnel revenue outcomes., • Working fluency with content/marketing analytics and attribution (GA4, UTM discipline, or equivalent) — enough to partner credibly with others on measurement. Strongly Preferred • Background in financial journalism, financial media, fintech content or familiarity with the precious-metals/sound-money space and the macro-investing YouTube/podcast landscape, • Regulatory & Compliance Fluency: Experience navigating disclosure requirements (FTC guidelines, SEC/FINRA educational vs. advisory boundaries, and promotional disclaimers) in a regulated or commercial financial setting. What We Offer • Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 base, commensurate with experience, • Hybrid work schedule — 3 days per week in our New York City office, • Team: Shared leadership across GoldSilver & Wealthion (~5-7 reports e.g., Producers, Hosts, Editing), • Performance bonus tied to compliance program health and operational metrics, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • A high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership

About the job We’re looking for someone who leads creative for performance — and still makes the work. You concept, design, script, and ship ads that sell the Orion Sleep System, then read the data and make the next one win. You know what converts. You kill what doesn’t. You stay close to what’s working in short-form and paid social, and you move fast. You think viral and engaging content just as much as polished editorial. This is not a briefing role. You set direction, you design, you guide our designer and creators, and you put work in market. You’ll work with our growth lead (who owns Sleep System media). Our agency runs creative for the Sleep Test. You own the Sleep System. About the role You own the full creative loop for selling the Sleep System: customer psychology → format research → concept → design/script → shoot or source → edit → performance read → next iteration. You can be on camera, behind the camera, and in the dashboard. You turn insight and proven formats into ads that ship — then you decide whether to kill, iterate, or scale. What you’ll own Make the work. Concept, design, script, shoot, and edit short-form and paid creative every week (Reels, TikTok, Meta). Hypothesis to shippable asset fast — not a two-week deck cycle. Comfortable on camera when that’s the right test; equally able to cut creator footage into ads we can spend against. Lead creative development for performance. Own the Sleep System visual and narrative system: hooks, angles, personas, objections, and what a premium ~$2,300 product looks like in 15 seconds. Design the ads. Concept from psychology and format, not a vibe. Every piece ties to a specific hook, angle, persona, fear, desire, objection, or format insight. You can say out loud who it’s for, why it should matter to them, and what you expect it to do to ROAS. Own the language. Pull from reviews, support, Reddit, and sales conversations. Build the language bank you script from. Hooks come from how customers actually talk. Hunt formats that are working. Stay close to TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads. Build a read on which hooks, structures, edits, and story arcs are getting traction — then bring the strongest ones into the testing roadmap the same week. Test new formats first. When a format looks promising, don’t wait for a perfect brief. Adapt it to Orion, ship a clean version, read the result, and decide: kill, iterate, or scale. Read your own performance. Pull the dashboard weekly. Separate winners from losers. Know CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate — and translate that into next week’s concepts. Losers get killed fast. Winners get versioned. Run the iteration flywheel. Double down on winning hooks, kill losers, and document what scaled so the next creator ramps faster. Co-own the roadmap. Plan the next 4 weeks of Sleep System tests with growth. Back your priorities with data, not taste alone. Experience What we’re looking for: • 4+ years making performance creative at a DTC or growth-stage company — or a portfolio that proves you can produce volume at quality and lead others, • You’ve designed and shipped paid social ads, not only organic creator content, • At least one concept or ad that scaled to meaningful paid spend — and you can walk through exactly why it worked, • At least one round of structured customer research feeding your creative, • Experience translating customer psychology into hooks, angles, and scripts that drove performance, • You’ve directed a designer, editor, or creator bench without becoming a bottleneck, • High-AOV or considered-purchase DTC (hardware, home, sleep, or similar) Skills • Concept, design, script, shoot, and edit short-form / paid video end-to-end, • Hands-on in Figma and/or motion, plus CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent, • Read paid social data fluently (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and turn it into the next concept, • Mine customer language and turn it into hooks that stop the scroll, • Understand customer psychology: pains, desires, objections, motivations, belief gaps, • Strong format taste — you spot high-performing structures before they’re obvious internally, • You know the difference between a surface-level insight and a true buying trigger, • You can brief a designer and a creator so the work ships without a second translation from growth Mindset • High-output maker who wants to ship and develop fast, • Always watching what formats are working, saving examples, pattern-matching what’s breaking through, and bringing fresh tests to the team, • Comfortable putting your work in market quickly and being wrong in public, then killing it, • Hard-working. No preciousness. The account is the editor-in-chief About Orion Sleep Orion Sleep is a direct-to-consumer sleep company. We sell a Sleep Test that shows what’s disrupting your night, and a Sleep System that cools and heats the bed and uses your data to get temperature right through the night. The Sleep System is the product we’re hiring you to sell. We’re building the performance creative engine for that product in-house: fast loops, high standards, and work that has to earn its spend.

Role: Senior Creative Strategist Context We are an 8 figure DTC brand scaling to 9. Creative is our biggest lever. We're hiring A+ players who know how to write winning ads, find net-new angles, formats, concepts, and avatars to expand TAM, and run feedback loops that extract clear learnings from every ad. Our best strategist made $30k last month. The job in one line: run your own creative pod end to end (research the customer, find the angle, write the script, brief and manage the editors, read the results, iterate), produce net-new concepts every week that take up ad spend, and raise the bar for the strategists around you. This is a fully remote, full-time role with overlap with US Eastern time. What you'll own • 15 net-new concepts per week that take up ad spend, • Your creative pod, end to end: you own production from brief to launch, and the output of the video editors on your pod, • Managing video editors: daily check-ins, clear briefs, feedback on cuts, and making sure every editor hits their KPIs on output, turnaround, and quality, • Production timelines: concepts move from script to live ad on schedule, with no bottlenecks and nothing sitting in revisions, • Research that finds what nobody's testing yet: reviews, Reddit, comment sections, competitor ads, and post-purchase surveys, • New angles, avatars, formats, and desires that expand who we can sell to, • Feedback loops on every ad: what won, what failed, why, and what to test next, • Iterating on winners to get more spend and more life out of every concept, • Setting testing priorities with the Head of Creative Strategy: what gets tested, in what order, and why Required • 3+ years as a direct response marketer in-house at a DTC brand or at a creative agency, • Multiple personal winners: scripts you wrote that spent $500K+ in ad spend, • Experience managing video editors or a creative production team, and holding them to output and quality KPIs, • Deep understanding of consumer psychology. You can explain why an ad won or failed., • Obsessed with studying ads Bonus: • Experience in the DTC beauty space Who we hire • Researcher-writer, in that order. You live in Reddit threads, reviews, and comment sections until you find the pain nobody's saying out loud, then write hooks in the customer's own words. Ads are made in the research, not the edit., • Direct response skills. You think in hooks, awareness levels, angles, and avatars, not aesthetics. You can explain why an ad won mechanically., • Proven winners. You've personally produced ads that spent real money profitably, at a brand or agency doing $1M+/mo on Meta. Authorship verified, not "was on the team.", • Reads your own data. Fluent in hook rate, hold rate, CPA, and ROAS, and makes your own kill/iterate calls without a media buyer translating., • Runs a tight pod. You hold editors accountable to deadlines and quality, give direct feedback, and fix production problems before they cost us a week., • Makes others better. You can look at a junior's script, say exactly why it won't work, and show them how to fix it., • Radically coachable. You take a brutal ad critique and come back with a better version, not a defense. Non-negotiable., • Volume-capable. 15 net-new concepts per week, every week, without quality collapsing. Obsession receipts: a swipe file you keep unprompted, and breakdowns you do on your own time. Comp $8–10k/mo + performance bonus 3% of ad spend for winners at KPI Career Growth Path Senior Creative Strategist → Lead Creative Strategist → Head of Creatives → CMO How to apply Send a 3-minute Loom covering: • Your best ad: the research trail behind it and how much it spent, • A time you helped another strategist or writer land a winner, • Your current role

Constant Hire is hiring a Business Development Manager to own our inbound pipeline and manage our book of business. Location: Remote (US) About Constant Hire Constant Hire is a consumer brand recruiting agency. We work with eight & nine figure consumer brands to build out their creative and marketing teams, primarily through direct hire and executive hire. When a brand needs a Creative Director, a Head of Growth, or the video editor who will carry their paid social account, they come to us. Our clients hire us because we actually understand their world. We speak DTC fluently, we move fast, and we place people who perform. Demand has grown entirely through inbound, and now we’re investing in the sales function to match it. Role Overview Sales at Constant Hire is founder led today, and inbound demand has outgrown our founders’ calendar. This is our first dedicated business development hire, and the immediate job is to take that demand off their plate and close it. Inbound is the core of the role right now. From there you build the outbound motion, own the handoff into our recruiting team, and keep past clients close so their next hire comes back to us. You are not inheriting a playbook. You are writing it, with the founders in the room. What You’ll Do • Own all inbound: Run every inbound lead end to end, from first reply through discovery, scoping, and signed agreement., • Take sales off the founders: Absorb the founder led pipeline and become the default first conversation a prospective client has with Constant Hire., • LinkedIn outbound: Build and run your own outbound motion on LinkedIn, targeting DTC and ecommerce founders and hiring leaders., • Partner with marketing: Work with our internal marketing team to stand up cold email prospecting., • Clean search handoffs: Transition closed accounts to the recruiting team with the context, positioning, and success criteria they need to hit the 5 day mark., • Account re-engagement: Stay in front of clients after a search wraps to surface the next req before they start looking elsewhere., • Candidate quality check-ins: Run check-in calls on placed candidates to confirm the hire is working and turn that signal into repeat business and referrals. Who You Are • 3 to 6 years in B2B sales or business development with real closing experience, not just booking meetings for someone else., • Comfortable running a full cycle solo: discovery, scoping, pricing conversation, objection handling, close., • Staffing or recruiting agency BD experience is preferred but not required., • Fluent in or genuinely curious about DTC and ecommerce., • Strong on LinkedIn outbound and willing to write your own messaging rather than wait for a sequence to be handed to you., • Consultative enough to tell a founder their req is scoped wrong This role is ideal for someone who wants to take our business development org from 1 to 10 as our agency scales.

Direct-Response Video Editor (Remote · Contract). FAIpQLScIhhUiiNoz-s9RTDGV3NioGPFAi4wnb-h7TvKKUvmYrNQyjg/viewform?usp=publish-editor. We're hiring the editor who becomes our editing engine.

Enterprise SDR Capsule. The first video editor built for work. We're a venture-backed startup making AI-powered video tools for the kind of teams that actually have to ship video at scale — not for hobbyists, not for TikTok, for work. Since leaving public beta, we've helped hundreds of enterprises — HubSpot, ServiceNow, Instacart, and more — turn video from a bottleneck into a habit. Two serial founders run the place. They've scaled creative platforms to hundreds of millions of users. Our backers also wrote early checks into Webflow, Figma, Slack, Flexport, Masterclass, OnDeck, and Replit. We're growing fast, and we need help finding the right doors to knock on. The role We're hiring an Enterprise SDR to push our outbound motion into the next gear. We've built the foundation — ICP, messaging, AE coverage, the playbook. Now we need someone with the curiosity to go deep on accounts, the chops to write outreach that doesn't sound like outreach, and the discipline to turn cold names into real conversations our AEs can close. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Marketing, and CS. You'll learn our buyer better than they know themselves. And you'll have a direct hand in shaping how Capsule shows up in the market. What you'll actually do • Run thoughtful, multi-channel outbound into target accounts — no spray-and-pray, no copy-paste sequences that get flagged on day two, • Build org charts. Find the champion. Find the buyer. Find the budget., • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our criteria — separate "curious" from "ready to buy", • Hand off qualified meetings to AEs with enough context that they can show up like they've known the account for months, • Show up for Marketing — events, trade shows, sponsorships — and turn warm rooms into pipeline, • Keep the CRM honest. Future-you will thank present-you. What we're looking for • 1+ year in Sales, SDR, or a related SaaS role, • A track record of building greenfield pipeline from nothing — and hitting the number, • Reflective, eager, coachable. You ask "what would I do differently next time?" without being told to., • A consultative instinct — you ask better questions than the average rep, and you pitch pain before product, • Sharp written and verbal communication. You can sound like a human in an inbox., • Comfortable in startup chaos — moving pieces, shifting priorities, no playbook for everything, • Bonus points for genuine interest in AI and video What you get • Competitive salary + equity in a company that's just hitting its stride, • Medical, dental, vision, life, • PTO that you're actually expected to take, • A small, sharp team who care about craft and outcomes in equal measure If you want to build outbound for a category that doesn't exist yet, with operators who've done this before — let's talk.

Our client is a self-funded, performance-driven DTC pet brand. Self-funded means no outside capital, no VC timeline, and no one propping it up for a fund. They operate what they own, move quickly, and pay close attention to the things that make a brand work: the product, the creative, the funnel, the unit economics. The brand has strong traction across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC with hundreds of thousands of customers across North America. Compensation • $120,000 - $150,00 USD + bonus The Role We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own a pod of AI video editors and turn briefs into ads that convert. You report to the Head of Performance Creative and you own your pod's output end to end: concept, script, hook, direction, iteration. The numbers side of this business is covered. What's not covered is the thing the numbers side is permanently starving for: a steady pipeline of test-ready paid creative shipped fast enough to stay ahead of fatigue on Meta and TikTok. Most of it will be AI-generated video. Your job is to make sure it converts. Why This Role Matters Creative volume is the growth ceiling. Growth can scale spend faster than the team can produce ads worth scaling. Every week without fresh concepts is CAC drifting the wrong way. This role feeds the machine. What You'll Own • Concepts, scripts, hooks, and briefs for your editors, across Meta and TikTok, • Direct AI video output: realism, style consistency, pacing, the hook in the first two seconds, • Brief-to-live turnaround measured in days, • A structured testing rhythm: net-new concepts plus systematic iteration on winners Performance Fluency • Live in the dashboards: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, • Turn last week's results into this week's briefs without being asked, • Know a creative problem from an offer or audience problem, and own the first one AI & Workflow • AI video generation is the default, not the exception; you know the tools well enough to direct people using them, • Watch competitors' ad libraries weekly and out-ship them Who You Are • Hands-on creative background: you came up as a copywriter, editor, or creator, and you can still do the work, • 3+ years in performance creative for paid social at DTC or ecom brands, or at a DR agency, and you've personally moved CPA or ROAS, • You've briefed editors and directed creators and shipped volume through them, • You speak in creative metrics unprompted: hook rate, hold rate, win rate, • You've used AI video tools yourself (Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen) and know what they're good and bad at, • Pet, health, or wellness experience, or you can show us why your category transfers, • US business hours, self-directed Who You Are Not • Brand or awareness creative that was never accountable to a CPA, • An agency generalist who hands the brief off and moves on, • You've never made the creative yourself, only managed people who do, • AI video is something you're planning to learn What We Bring • A profitable, self-funded brand with a Head of Growth ready to spend against everything you ship, • A Head of Performance Creative who's built this before and will coach you, • Full ownership of your pod, • Remote-first

Flexible WFH, both remote and in-office opportunities.
