Job Description Job Overview Cronk Nutrients is hiring an in-person Customer Service Representative to be the human voice of our brand for hundreds of customers a week. You'll respond to customers across every channel they reach us on (email, chat, SMS, phone, and social media DMs), troubleshoot orders, answer product questions, and turn first-time buyers into loyal repeat customers. You'll work side-by-side with our CEO and warehouse team in our Rosenberg facility, in the building where the orders get packed. Duties • Respond to customer emails, live chats, and SMS through our help desk software, • Handle inbound phone calls from customers, • Manage social media direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, • Resolve order issues (lost packages, wrong items, refund requests), • Coordinate live with our warehouse associate on address changes, fulfillment problems, and order corrections, • Answer product questions on dosages, mixing order, and feeding schedules (we will train you on the products), • Flag patterns to leadership so we can improve recurring problems, • Maintain a clean ticket queue and meet a target of under 4-hour first-response time during business hours Qualifications • 1 to 2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, support, hospitality, call center, or similar), • Comfortable on a computer, fast typer, picks up new software quickly, • Comfortable on the phone with customers (clear voice, friendly, problem-solver), • Excellent written communication. Friendly, direct, no fluff., • Reliable, on time, takes ownership of problems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Hands-on knowledge of gardening, plants, hydroponics, agriculture, or chemistry, • Prior experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Zendesk, or similar tools, • Comfortable creating short voice memos or video responses for social DMs BENEFITS • 5 days paid time off in your first year (scaling to 10 days year two), • 6 paid federal holidays, • Workers compensation insurance, • Direct mentorship from the founder, • Real career growth in a fast-growing company, • Health Benefits (Coming Soon) GROWTH PATH We are growing fast. You'll work side-by-side with our warehouse team in the same building where the bottles get filled and orders get packed. This is a key role that will grow with the company.
