The Manager position in Asset Management Risk provides general operational risk oversight for Fidelity Digital Asset Management and related businesses. Responsibilities include gathering important industry, market, and internal data, developing tools to measure risks and trends, and evaluating how these issues may impact Asset Management, our clients, and associates. This role will be accountable for analyzing data and controls to identify emerging and significant risks, perform targeted data-driven risk assessments, and develop risk management reporting using data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment and passion for risk management, asset management, and academic/or work experience in related markets or fields. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year. Job Summary: The Inventory Planner will take ownership of the inventory flow from DC to stores for multiple categories. This position will partner cross-functionally to support continuous improvement in business results in their departments through the following: forecast reviews and analyses, managing allocations across time in Quantum, developing tiering recommendations for future seasons based on store sales performance, etc. This position will be responsible for season preparation and reviewing forecast and inventory exceptions. This position will analyze strategies for significant changes between years and other key metrics that will drive allocation decisions. Position Summary: The Stores & Canada Planner will serve as the expert for company performance. They will be responsible for creating store level reporting and analytics to provide a clear view of performance by door and aggregated performance by store cluster/region/climate. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, merchandising, visual merchandising, operations, and real estate to develop and implement store plans that align with company goals and strategies. The store planner will hindsight in-season performance to help shape pre-season plans. They will be responsible for overseeing the Canada Business across all brands (sales, KPI and inventory projections for both in-season and pre-season planning). The Manager is responsible for tracking trends on a day-to-day basis and working collaboratively with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Merchandise Planning and Merchandising to drive the business and mitigate risks. Positioning: The Lead Cook is positioned in the kitchen performing essential role duties, as well as in the prep/storage area (where applicable) completing admin or other tasks.
