To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to: • Deliver great food, prepared to company standards, • Ensure adherence to all food safety standards, • Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals, • Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization, • Participate in weekly/monthly inventories, • Maintain budgeted food cost, • Write weekly schedules, • Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standardsIf this sounds like you, apply today. Requirements • Eligible to work in the United States, • Min. 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position, • Min. 21 years or older, • Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds, • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
