You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ordering packaging, fixtures, merchandise, and accessories from vendors around the world (specifically Asia) —ensuring we deliver high-quality, on-brand materials on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity to work in-house with a fast-growing clean beauty brand and gain hands-on experience managing international supplier relationships and purchasing workflows. You will work closely with our CEO & COO, and collaborate cross-functionally with our product development, design, sales and marketing teams. Working hours are 2:00PM-5:00 PM and 8:00PM 1:00 AM ET to accommodate overseas vendor communication, with WeChat as a primary tool. The logistics coordinator will be responsible for primary traffic coordination of inbound receivings from our international contract manufacturers, warehouse transfers, and hands-on troubleshooting of shipment exceptions.
