Responsibilities:, • We will have you support our mission of creating the most convenient place for our customers to do business., • We will ask you to live our CHIP philosophy of Character, Hospitality, Improvement, and Partnership in your day-to-day work., • You will develop, modify, and troubleshoot custom programs and subroutines within our Eclipse ERP system on a Pick/MultiValue database., • You will create and maintain reports, including scheduled outputs, Excel-formatted files, and nightly file generation., • You will build and update dictionary items, data structures, and business logic as requirements evolve., • You will maintain and enhance order entry, credit authorization, shipping, and invoicing workflows., • You will develop and support integrations such as EDI transactions, shipping carrier links, and our automated manifest system., • You will handle data uploads, migrations, and ongoing maintenance for product, customer, pricing, and vendor records., • You will create automations and scripts that reduce manual effort, including scheduled jobs, alerts, and Power Automate flows., • You will provide desktop and end-user support across our three locations, including PC setup, troubleshooting, and printer or peripheral management., • You will manage onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP/WMS access, phone extensions, VPN, and MFA., • You will administer and troubleshoot core infrastructure such as Windows Server, VMware, print servers, file shares, and our phone system., • You will support warehouse hardware, including handheld scanners, thermal and label printers, manifest stations, and remote access for traveling staff., • You will help manage endpoint security, MFA, and access control, and assist with security awareness efforts., • You will take on other IT duties as assigned.
