    Order Fulfillment Associate Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm Location: Belleville, NJ Schedule: Regular Working Hours Salary: $20/h About the Role As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment. Your main responsibilities include accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a well-organized and clean warehouse space, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient order workflows. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems and tools., • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments., • Identify and verify product part numbers and place items in designated storage locations., • Utilize scanners, barcodes, and tracking systems to manage inventory and shipments., • Prepare packages for billing and shipping according to documentation., • Assist in inventory counts and maintain shipping/receiving supply levels., • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse., • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors., • Perform other duties as required to support operational goals. Qualifications and Skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously., • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace., • Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems., • Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0–2 years)., • Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes., • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities., • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish; English proficiency Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces., • Steel-toe shoes required (not provided)., • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field., • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or consumer goods preferred., • Experience working with 3PL warehouses, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customs clearance preferred., • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail., • Strong communication and problem-solving skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory or logistics management systems is a plus., • Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
