Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: This position is responsible for a variety of daily functions related to the pick and pack process within the Distribution Center for Fragrance.com. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Retrieve products from shelves based on item numbers using a scanner with accuracy and efficiency, • Stage items in appropriate boxes for delivery, • Pick and pack orders in a timely manner, • Prepare shipments (paper-fill boxes, stacking, pallet wrapping, etc.), • Perform box making as needed, • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment, • Support additional warehouse duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
