Job Responsibilities Waitress - Greet and seat customers, providing excellent service in both Spanish and English . - Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff. - Ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner. - Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests. - Process payments (cash and card) and provide receipts. - Keep the dining area clean and organized. - Welcome customers, especially those speaking Spanish , and assist with takeout orders. - Handle customer payments efficiently, both in cash and with cards. - Answer phone calls and assist customers with orders or inquiries, in both languages. - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station. - Balance the cash register at the end of shifts. **
