Zurich E&S is currently looking for a VP, Senior Underwriting Manager for our E&S Property team. This position will be responsible for developing, coaching, and managing a high-performing regional team of Property underwriting staff. Additional responsibilities include managing regional performance, including new business production, policy count retention, rate/tiering execution, and portfolio management actions relative to plan; managing regional wholesale broker relationships; managing underwriter referrals; and maintaining a small production portfolio to stay attuned with regional market changes and desk-level challenges. The VP, Senior Underwriting Manager will be expected to travel as necessary to support the needs of the team and to cultivate key broker relationships within the specified regions (25%). The position is a critical role in driving a diversified, dynamic and engaging team culture. This position also requires strong technical acumen in underwriting property risks in the E&S segment, experience in overseeing and developing underwriting talent, the ability to manage complex processes, strong wholesale producer engagement and sales skills and a demonstrated ability of profitable portfolio management. This position will be based out of one of the following office locations: Atlanta, Chicago or New York. You will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. Position Title: Coordinator, Social Media Summary: The Coordinator, Social Media supports the execution of the brand’s global social media operations. This role is responsible for assisting with content publishing, community engagement, calendar coordination, and performance reporting across key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and APAC channels such as WeChat, Weibo, Redbook, and Douyin. The position works cross-functionally to support social initiatives and ensure consistent execution across platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support the day-to-day execution of the brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms, • Primary platforms: Instagram (Feed & Stories), TikTok, • Secondary platforms: X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, • APAC platforms: Weibo, WeChat, Redbook (Xiaohongshu), Douyin, • Assist with organizing and maintaining weekly social media calendars and scheduling posts using Sprout Social, • Support community management by engaging with approved content in accordance with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and cultural sensitivities across markets, • Assist with management of the Alexander Wang Broadcast Channel, including scheduling and posting, • Compile weekly social media performance reports and assist with analytics tracking, • Reporting tools include Excel and PowerPoint, • Analytics platforms include Sprout Social and Lefty, • Support the execution of social strategies by tracking performance, identifying patterns, and sharing observations and insights, • Conduct ongoing research into social, cultural, and platform-specific trends, including emerging voices, communities, and conversations relevant to the brand, • Monitor global and regional cultural moments to support timely, relevant, and inclusive content execution, • Participate in regular check-ins to review calendars, performance updates, research findings, and upcoming content, • Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail/DTC, Wholesale, Buying & Planning, PR, Design, and E-commerce teams to support business objectives, • Assist in sourcing creative talent and external imagery (e.g., Getty, earned social), ensuring alignment with brand standards, diversity considerations, and social media guidelines, • Support the ongoing evolution of the brand’s social media operations, processes, and cultural relevance, • Support the security of social media platforms by adhering to company security protocols and escalating suspected issues, including unusual activity or potential account compromise. The Senior Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of eCommerce brands. This is a highly tactical, hands-on role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel paid media campaigns across channels including search, social, display, video, and affiliate. Working in close partnership with the eCommerce, performance marketing, and creative teams, this role ensures campaigns are effective, efficient, and aligned with brand and business goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce Marketing and will be based out of our New York City office, currently on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in office/2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the tactical point of contact for our paid media agency, holding them accountable for KPIs through daily performance audits, strategic steering, and rigorous budget management., • Deep-dive into attribution modeling, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), iROAS and LTV/CAC ratios to provide a holistic view of marketing efficiency.
