Programming & Facilitation • Organize and lead structured games, sports, and active play opportunities during recess periods., • Recess Style games: switch, four corners, fireball, wizardball, soccer, basketball, etc, • Work effectively with your co-coach(es) on a daily basis to run recess periods of 20-25 minutes for groups of 40-80 children in collaboration with school aides who are present during recess periods, • You should expect to see 4-6 recess groups per day broken down into age levels, • Encourage participation in structured game play areas with different game stations available, promoting physical activity for all students., • Coaches must be able to set up and lead games in various stations., • Adapt games and sports to meet varying age groups and skill levels, plus in different spaces and weather conditions., • Coaches will be expected to be outside for recess during the fall and winter, even with cold weather. Kids in the Game provides recess jackets for those seasons, • Schools will make a call for when recess goes from outside to inside due to weather, • Coaches must be able to adapt to indoor recess schedules quickly and effectively. PURPOSE: The MST-EA program provides intensive, evidence-based, home- and community-based treatment to transition-aged youth and emerging adults ages 17 to 26 who are transitioning from group residential care back to their families, communities, and natural support networks. Using the Multisystemic Therapy for Emerging Adults (MST-EA) model, the program works to reduce behaviors that place youth at risk for placement disruption or reentry into higher levels of care and to promote successful, sustainable community reintegration. Services begin prior to discharge from residential care and continue following the youth’s transition to the community. Treatment focuses on addressing the individual, family, peer, school, employment, behavioral health, and community factors that impact stability and functioning. Through intensive clinical intervention, collaboration with caregivers and natural supports, safety planning, and coordination with community systems, MST-EA helps emerging adults and their support networks develop the skills and resources necessary to manage challenges independently, strengthen stability, and achieve long-term success in the community. POSITION OVERVIEW: The MST-EA Therapist provides intensive, evidence-based clinical services to transition-aged youth and emerging adults ages 17 to 26 as they transition from residential care to their families, communities, and natural support networks. The therapist works with youth beginning approximately two months prior to discharge and may continue providing services for up to 10 months following discharge. We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and measurement of our paid acquisition program across paid search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms), digital video (YouTube), and Connected TV (CTV) bought programmatically through a demand-side platform. Paid search is the foundation of the program; CTV, paid social, and video are how we build demand above it, and multi-touch attribution is how we hold every channel to the same standard. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is equally comfortable inside an ad account and inside a spreadsheet: someone who has managed substantial budgets, treats attribution and incrementality as core parts of the job rather than reporting afterthoughts, and stays ahead of a rapidly changing paid media landscape.
