Role Description The Music Factory is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher with expertise as a multi-instrumentalist to join our team of professional musicians. This contract position requires teaching music lessons to students of all ages and levels, covering instruments like guitar, piano, voice, drums, wind instruments, and brass. Responsibilities include developing personalized lesson plans, mentoring students to improve their music skills, and fostering a love for music. This is an on-site role based in Seattle, WA. Availability We are especially interested in teachers who can teach during our highest-demand hours: Peak Hours • Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, • Saturday: Morning & Afternoon, • Sunday: Morning & Afternoon Teachers with broad availability during these times generally build schedules more quickly. Teaching Format Lessons are primarily taught in person at our Seattle and Bellevue/Mercer Island area locations. Teachers should also be comfortable conducting virtual lessons when necessary.
