📌 Funciones principales: 📋 Gestión Laboral y Contratación: Elaboración y formalización de contratos laborales, modificaciones contractuales y procesos de finalización de contrato. Control del cumplimiento del Estatuto de los Trabajadores y normativa laboral vigente. Representación de la empresa ante inspecciones de trabajo y, en su caso, en procedimientos judiciales. Acompañamiento en negociaciones colectivas y relación con sindicatos. 💰 Nóminas y Liquidaciones: Contratación y confección de nóminas, incluyendo atrasos, finiquitos y liquidaciones de Seguros Sociales. Liquidaciones trimestrales (TC1/TC2) y anuales (IRPF, modelo 190). Cálculo de indemnizaciones por despido y otras extinciones contractuales. 🏥 Gestión de Incapacidades y Accidentes Laborales: Tramitación de partes médicos ante el INSS y gestión con Mutuas de Accidentes de Trabajo. Cálculo de prestaciones por incapacidad permanente (IP), desempleo y otras ayudas. 📑 Trámites con la Seguridad Social y Organismos Públicos: Gestión de trámites a través de Sistema RED y SILTRA. Presentación de informes y declaraciones ante el SEPE, TGSS, INSS y otras entidades. Tramitación y gestión de subvenciones relacionadas con la contratación laboral. ⚖️ Asesoramiento Laboral: Asesoramiento a empresas y trabajadores en materia laboral, fiscal y de Seguridad Social. Actualización constante sobre cambios legislativos y su aplicación en los procesos internos. 🎓 Requisitos: Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Administración de Empresas, Derecho Laboral o similar. Experiencia demostrable en departamentos de RRHH, laboral o nóminas. Manejo avanzado de programas de nóminas (NominaPlus, Sage, SP ContaPlus, etc.). Conocimientos en Sistema RED, SILTRA, Certificados Digitales y gestión telemática. Capacidad analítica, organización y resolución de problemas. 💼 Ofrecemos Contrato indefinido. Salario: 25.000€ b/a Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00, con 1 hora para almuerzo. Posibilidad de formato híbrido (presencial y remoto según acuerdo).
