Todas las áreas son clave en Maná 75 pero la primera impresión, al teléfono y en persona, es fundamental. Por eso nos esmeramos dando siempre una atención y un trato al cliente de la mayor calidad. Eso significa recibir, atender, dirigir al lugar adecuado en el tiempo preciso. Y también estar pendiente de todas las visitas que acuden a Maná 75, cualquiera que sea su tipología (comensales, turistas, curiosos, periodistas, vecinos del barrio). La recepción es uno de las “salas de mando” de nuestra nave, por eso nos esmeramos respondiendo al teléfono de forma elegante, rápida y efectiva, tanto para efectuar reservas como atender dudas de clientes potenciales y/o gestionar cualquier tipo de llamada. Y,naturalmente, participando de forma activa en la operativa de sala bajo el mando del jefe de sala. Requisitos : • Titulación mínima: Bachillerato, Grado Media de Hostelería, Estudios relacionados con trato y atención al cliente, • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 1 año en puesto similar, • Mínima experiencia en restauración (puestos básicos y funcionamiento), • Nivel nativo o avanzado de español, catalán e inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas), • Don de gentes y habilidades comunicativas, • Experiencia atención al cliente, • Herramientas Ofimáticas (dominio Office avanzado, se valorará conocimiento de Cover manager), • Capacidad alta de trabajo y de coordinación para trabajar en equipo, • Persona ordenada, proactiva y resolutiva Funciones: • Recibir llamadas telefónicas y registrar las reservas en Cover manager, • Atender a los clientes in situ (en la recepción del restaurante), por teléfono o por email, • Recibir, acomodar y despedir a los clientes de forma amable y profesional, • Atender las quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias de los clientes en sala, • Hacer cobros de las mesas, • Hacer feedbacks diarios, • Hacer estadísticas diarias / semanales, • Participar en las reuniones de coordinación, • Atender a los clientes en zona de la responsabilidad asignada ( estar atentos a servicio de bebidas, remonte de las mesas, mantener zona limpia) Se ofrece: • Contrato indefinido (ordinario/fijo-discontinuo), • Incorporación inmediata, • Buen ambiente laboral, • Estabilidad laboral y profesional, • Formación y promoción interna, • Horarios seguidos
