We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us? /p h3Role /h3 pReporting directly into our Pricing Director, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and profitability across Ukio’s portfolio through pricing strategy, commercial deal support, and investment analysis. /p pThe key responsibilities within this role will cover helping the Pricing Director define and adjust Ukio’s pricing strategy, supporting Sales with quotations and discount negotiations, and providing pricing and revenue analysis to support the evaluation of new investment opportunities presented to the Investment Committee. /p pThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working with pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or mid‑term rental. Excellent analytical skills are critical to this role: the candidate must be able to work with large datasets, build robust models, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are also important attributes to succeed. This candidate will also need to be structured, process and data obsessed, comfortable working under time pressure, and with strong commercial acumen. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp define and adjust Ukio’s pricing strategy across markets, analyzing demand trends, competitive benchmarks, and portfolio performance /li liRespond to Sales team quotations on discounts and pricing conditions during client negotiations, ensuring decisions are commercially sound and aligned with revenue targets /li liSupport the evaluation of new apartment opportunities for the Investment Committee, estimating potential revenue and helping assess maximum acquisition or lease prices /li liConduct market and demand analysis (occupancy, ADR, pace, seasonality) to identify pricing opportunities and risks across cities and apartment typologies /li liBuild and maintain pricing and revenue models to support data‑driven decision making /li liConduct variance analysis on pricing and revenue performance to understand changes and define where adjustments are needed /liliWork comfortably with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Omni Analytics) to deepen Ukio’s pricing and revenue analytical capabilities /li liContribute to the identification and tracking of pricing and revenue KPIs /li liPrepare clear, timely reports for the Pricing Director, Sales, and the Investment Committee to support faster, better‑informed decisions /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul li3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial/financial analytics, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or mid‑term rental /li liExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations /li liExperience building pricing or revenue models and delivering recommendations to commercial or executive teams based on findings /li liExperience responding to commercial teams under time pressure, balancing speed with analytical rigor /li liExperience supporting investment or business case analysis, ideally helping estimate revenue potential and pricing for new assets or opportunities /li liComfortable understanding and analyzing gross margin, and confident assessing how pricing and discounting decisions impact profitability /li liExperience working with BI tools such as Omni, QlikView, Tableau, or similar, to drive analytical efficiency and deliver insights that aid pricing and commercial decision making /li liStrong Excel skills and experience with the Google Workspace suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) /li liKnowledge of and curiosity about AI tools, with an interest in applying them to improve pricing and revenue analysis /li liVery data driven in decision making and uncomfortable with ambiguity and chaos /li liStrong communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels, including Sales teams and C‑level leadership /li liClear track record of promotions and strong references from managers and peers /li liYou can understand the drivers of the business and identify pricing and revenue improvement opportunities /li /ul h3bUkio Life Benefits /b /h3 ul liPrivate Health Insurance with ALAN /li liFlexible retribution with Payflow /li liUKIO Anniversary gift /li liTeam buildings and office events /li liTransportation card (transportation coverage for role that have traveling needed for their work tasks according to the internal policy) /li liBreakfast at the office, fruits, nutrition bars, free coffee/tea and more! /li liAn amazing internal culture and no dress code! /li liInternational working environment with many different nationalities! /li /ul pUkio's culture promotes and values each individual's contribution.
