En Luigi Ristorantes nos encontramos ampliando la plantilla de camareros de barra/ bartenders de la empresa. Las funciones a realizar en la posición son las siguientes: -Servicio de barra. -Manejo de barista y coctelería. -Realización del mise and place de la barra del restaurante. -Realización de cobros. -Mantener el orden y limpieza de las herramientas de trabajo. -Conocer toda la carta de bebidas del restaurante y controlar la calidad del stock de los productos de barra.
