Interventional Cardiology Specialist Sales Representative within the cardiovascular division, covering the Madrid region and Castilla-La Mancha. Under general direction, this role supports the appropriate application of Teleflex Medical Products in the markets that we serve; identifies products/product attributes necessary to expand into new markets or capitalize on new sales opportunities in existing markets; provides technical information and input on Teleflex Medical products to internal customers in support of R&D efforts, marketing programs, sales promotions and other product/sales focused initiatives; and establishes strong relationships with the end‑users of our products via consultation, and service. Principal Responsibilities Description of major duties and responsibilities of the role. • Manage end-to-end commercial activity within the assigned territory, proactively driving sales performance by identifying customer needs and translating them into effective solutions., • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (revenue, growth, and market penetration), aligning daily activities with the Sales Plan and business priorities., • Promote and sell the interventional cardiology product portfolio, providing product training, clinical support (in-servicing), and structured follow-up with customers., • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals through a consultative sales approach and effective communication., • Identify, qualify, and prioritize business opportunities, including the identification and follow-up of tenders in collaboration with internal teams., • Provide technical and commercial support in the cath lab, ensuring proper product use and an optimal customer experience., • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the product portfolio, as well as new technologies, industry trends, competitors, and the relevant clinical environment., • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D, training) to share market insights and contribute to the development of new opportunities and product improvements., • Efficiently manage administrative tasks related to sales activities (reporting, expenses, communications), ensuring compliance with internal policies., • Represent the company at scientific and promotional events, and coordinate activities with distributors or partners when applicable, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy.Education / Experience Requirements Minimum level of education/experience required. • At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in medical device sales., • Experience in hemodynamics, cardiovascular field, or hospital environment is a plus., • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills., • Results-oriented profile with a strong team-working mindset., • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Specialized Skills & Other Requirements Additional preferred or required qualifications. • Computer functions/applications as related to laptop use, diskette generation, and remote access of data; with expertise in utilizing such programs as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel., • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. xcskxlj, • Ability to multi-task within job functions and adjust quickly to changing priorities, assignments and challenges.Travel Required 70 % #J-18808-Ljbffr
