About the role: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. This position will work within reservations department, and must have a commitment and passion, providing a first-class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and will do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product. What you will do: You are a meeting point for all incoming calls. You are a supporting hand for all callers with their questions and requirements.
