Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with the highest quality standards. /ppThe PM will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage the customer relationship, and oversee all technical and contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle. /ppThis role gives you the opportunity to lead high‑impact, mission‑critical Data Center projects where your decisions truly matter. You’ll work in a dynamic environment that values anticipation, clear communication, and smart risk management — making every project a chance to shape the reliability and performance of critical digital infrastructure. /ppstronguMain responsibilities of the position are the following: /u /strong /pulliManage projects from order intake through design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, handover, and warranty start. /liliPlan, identify, coordinate, and supervise tasks with engineering, procurement, logistics, commissioning, and external partners. /liliOversee project budget, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions when required to obtain margin improvements /liliVariation Order Claim process for both Customer and main suppliers /liliServe as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparent and proactive communication. /liliIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate technical, contractual, and operational risks. /liliEnsure compliance with industry standards, internal processes, and safety requirements. /liliCoordinate FAT, SAT, testing phases, and final commissioning. /liliPrepare regular progress reports, milestone tracking, financial updates, and KPIs. /liliLead internal and external meetings,with customers, factories, subcontractor adnvendros, ensuring team alignment and informed decision making /liliEstablish key relationships with all business relevant stakeholders /liliEnsure a smooth project transfer to the service/warranty team at project completion. /lili. /li /ulpstronguKnowledge and Experience: /u /strong /pulliTechnical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering /liliProject Management experience for Medium Voltage Solutions, MV Equipment’s, turnkey plants. /liliRequested Solid understanding of electrical distribution /liliRequested Strong knowledge of contract management (scope, variations, claims). /liliValuable knowledge and experience in execution of MV / LV electrical installations /liliValuable knowledge in cooling systems, UPS and monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM). /liliValuable experience in Datacenter applications. /liliValuable experience with MS Project or other project planning tools /liliValuable PMI Certification /liliRequested Professional level of English (able to lead meetings and handle technical documentation /li /ulpstronguSoftskills: /u /strong /pulliSmart leadership and stakeholder management skills. /liliExcellent communication with customers and internal teams. /liliResults-oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks. /liliAbility to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities. /liliStructured, organized, and highly autonomous. /liliContinuous self-learning /li /ulpWhat will you get ? /ppWe adapt to you!: /pp With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities. /pp We know how great it is to work from home.
