The objective is to ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable documentation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCreate and maintain technical documentation (manuals, guides, FAQs, release notes). /liliCollaborate closely with Engineering, QA and technical support. /liliDefine and improve documentation standards and processes. /liliManage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, publishing, updates). /liliLeverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to generate, structure, and optimize content. /liliImprove documentation to reduce support incidents. /liliEnsure consistency across products. /liliSupport functional testing activities to inform documentation creation and ensure alignment with real product behavior. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in tech environments. /liliExperience documenting software, hardware, or industrial systems (RTU/SCADA is a plus). /liliStrong technical writing skills in English. /liliExperience in modern tools (Open API, Mk Docs/Docusaurus, AI-assisted authoring) to streamline content creation, enforce quality standards, and maintain alignment between code and documentation. /liliExperience working in Agile environments. /liliHands‑on experience using AI tools for documentation tasks (content generation, structuring, review). /liliSoft skills: autonomy, attention to detail, strong communication, and continuous improvement mindset. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience with RTU, SCADA, or industrial/telecontrol systems. /liliExperience in designing and implementing automated technical documentation pipelines (Docs-as-Code, API generation, CI/CD integration) ensuring accurate, versioned, and continuously updated content. /liliExperience bringing documentation in‑house from external vendors. /liliExposure to testing practices (QA collaboration, exploratory testing). /liliEnglish: C1 level. /li /ulh3What will you get? /h3ulliWith our adaptable schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities. /liliWe know how great it is to work from home. /liliWith our hybrid work plan, you can enjoy working from the comfort of your home. /liliNeed more time to relax and disconnect?
