Job Description: A vacancy for an has arisen within Airbus Spain, Getafe. As an ERP CoE Manufacturing Project Leader, you will be working as part of a Multi-Functional Team. You will be part of a team which will “build the Airbus Digital Systems for the next decade”. Digital within Airbus is a transnational organisation mirroring the Industrial landscape. The ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) is gathering all SAP applications with the mission to ensure the Business continuity, support growth and define the future strategy. It is the community where people will develop their SAP skills all along with the Business transformation needs. We are organised in Product and Service Lines (PSL) that have an End-to-End (E2E) accountability and responsibility for their digital solutions. The role joins the PSL ”ERP COE Manufacturing Operations“ and you will join the Product team “ERP Shop Floor Solution & Services”. This is a multicultural team, located in France, Germany, Spain and the UK with a strong link to our Airbus India family. The position holder will reinforce the IT Simplification and Decommissioning road map ambitions: The selected candidate will act as with special focus on SAP PP, Work Preparation, Shopfloor and Quality in Spain and France. • Lead legacy migration project from SAP 4.6c to SAP target architecture, • Analyse scope for migration, • Define target solution, • Manage migration project, • Work in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, • Combine the Strategy, Organization and Culture to create an effective environment for delivery of results, • Engage and motivate the people (involved and stakeholders / customers) to promote Self-reflection, Self-management, Communication and Teamwork, • Manage Conflicts and Negotiation to achieve optimized results for the business., • Define and develop the objectives hierarchy of the project or product using appropriate strategies, methods and tools., • Engage stakeholders in a governance that ensures effective use of time, budget and achievement of quality., • Integrate processes and people from other functions (matrix organizations)., • Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
