Additional education in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Processes will be positively valued. /ppThe Manufacturing Lead Buyer will be responsible for leading the procurement of all mechanical components and assemblies derived from internal design, ensuring technical accuracy, cost competitiveness, quality, and delivery performance. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliConvert technical drawings and BOMs into detailed purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) according to project needs. /liliManage daily communication with mechanical suppliers, ensuring timely confirmation of orders, manufacturing progress, and delivery confirmations. /liliReview and validate supplier quotations, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with 2D/3D design documentation. /liliCoordinate with Engineering for design modifications or technical deviations, updating instructions and supplier documentation accordingly. /liliOversee first article inspections (FAI) and ensure dimensional, surface, and material conformity before series deliveries. /liliSupport incoming quality control processes, addressing non-conformities, and leading supplier corrective actions. /liliMaintain all supplier and order data in SAP R3 (MM) module, ensuring complete traceability of manufacturing purchase orders. /liliCollaborate with Finance for invoice validation, cost recording, and payment tracking. /liliMonitor and report project purchase milestones, highlighting potential risks, delays, or cost deviations. /li /ulpCandidate Profile Requirements: /pulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical background. /lili5 years of experience in mechanical procurement or industrial sourcing within automation, machinery, or automotive industries. /liliStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding, surface finishing, assembly). /liliAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D) and technical documentation. /liliAdvanced knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP R3/MM-PUR) and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). /liliFluent English (C1 or above), both written and spoken. /liliAvailability to visit suppliers and manufacturing facilities, both nationally and internationally. /li /ulpPreferred: /pulliKnowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality systems (PPAP, NCR, corrective actions). /liliExperience in international sourcing (Europe, Mexico, Asia). /liliFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. /li /ulpWhat do we offer? /pulliImmediate integration into a dynamic and international team. /liliParticipation in cutting-edge projects in the field of robotics. /liliOpportunities for professional development and growth within the company. /liliCollaborative and innovative work environment. /li /ulpAre you a passionate professional in technical purchasing and supply chain management? /ppThis is your chance to grow and make your mark on projects that are revolutionizing the industry with robotics and artificial intelligence! /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
