We are currently looking for a Senior Temenos T24 / Transact Developer with Solution Architecture experience to support the 2026 T24 upgrade program and related transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Definition, governance, implementation of T24/Transact target architecture across AA, Securities, Accounting, Interfaces, Payments, Treasury, and related systems, • Definition & implementation of componentization strategy and alignment with Temenos best practices, • Design, implement and validation of integration patterns including Kafka-based event streaming, • Support and oversight of technical design, impact analysis, and remediation for the upgrade, • Ensure performance, resilience, monitoring, security and non-functional requirements, • Review, definition, creation of XML structures, data models, COB/EO workflows, and batch architecture, • Support development teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards, • Provide guidance, coaching and documentation to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer, • Stakeholder management with IT, business, architecture, and partners Mandatory requirements: • Academic education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar, • Minimum 12 years of hands-on Temenos T24/Transact development experience including Solution Architecture roles, • Good external and internal (written/verbal) communication skills, • Ability to create structured documentation of the deliveries, • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, • Used to work in a multi-cultural team with different skillset, • English : Business fluent in speaking and writing Very strong architecture knowledge of the following: • Core banking architecture patterns, • Temenos componentization, • AA module, • TPH, Securities, Accounting, • High-level design for complex integrations, • Solid technology background:, • Kafka (architecture + implementation patterns), • Java knowledge, • Python scripting, • Oracle DB expertise (performance, SQL, data modelling), • XML structures, version control, DevOps tooling, • Experience with large-scale T24 upgrade programs is essential, • Strong cross-functional understanding of front-to-back banking processes Nice to have: • Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking, • Exposure to cloud architectures or containerization relevant to Temenos stack, • Knowledge of TripleA, OFS, REST, and modern integration frameworks ¿What can we offer? • 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!, • Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances)., • `Retribución Flexible´ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Heath Care Plan…), • Free access to several training platforms, • Professional stability and career plans, • UST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals., • The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year., • Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime…), • UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discounts If you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in details.
