Planificación de horarios y dimensionamiento del equipo según volumen de servicio. Supervisión de pedidos, control de stock y coordinación con cocina y almacén. Selección, formación y acompañamiento del personal. Análisis de resultados e indicadores de gestión para la mejora continua. Garantizar el cumplimiento de protocolos y estándares, siendo el/la máximo/a responsable de la experiencia del cliente. Requisitos: Experiencia previa como gerente o responsable en espacios gastronómicos de volumen o proyectos lifestyle en Beach club, Resort, Complejos y similares. Capacidad para liderar equipos desde la cercanía, con visión operativa y estratégica. Conocimiento de herramientas clave para el puesto: Girnet (gestión de horarios), Revo (TPV), Cover Manager (reservas), G-Stock (gestión de almacén y pedidos), iFlares (APPCC y control de procesos). Proactividad, capacidad de organización y orientación al detalle. Valorable experiencia en aperturas o gestión de temporada alta. Condiciones: Proyecto estable garantizando trabajo durante todo el año. Incorporación inmediata para participar en el proceso de apertura.
