We combine digitalisation, innovation, and deep industry expertise to deliver advanced solutions in: • Technical inspection and QA/QC, • Non‑destructive testing, • Engineering and specialized consultancy, • Energy efficiency and environmental services We are hiring: Programme Manager Officer – Transformation Unit We are looking for a proactive, structured, and highly resilient professional to support and drive Applus+ Group transformation programmes. Your main responsibilities • Design and run the overall programme governance, including steering committees, decision forums, escalation routes, RACI models, approval gates, and documentation standards., • Build and maintain the integrated programme master plan, mapping milestones, interdependencies, and critical paths across all workstreams., • Implement and manage a robust RAID framework (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring executive visibility and proactive mitigation., • Ensure strong programme control over scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financials., • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams (IT, HR, Tax, Legal, Finance, Operations, Commercial) to ensure seamless execution and continuity., • Prepare high‑quality weekly and monthly executive reporting, providing clear “so what / now what” insights., • Drive alignment between strategic goals and operational delivery., • Develop and maintain core programme deliverables: governance packs, dashboards, benefits trackers, change management plans, and standard templates. What we expect from you Education & Professional Background • Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field., • 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, programme management, or business transformation., • Proven experience leading large, complex, multi‑country transformation programmes., • Background in consulting (Big 4 or similar) highly desirable. Process design, process re‑design, and process management Change management, adoption, communication, stakeholder engagement • Experience in high‑stakes programmes, such as Divestitures / carve‑outs / separation programmes., • Experience with global CRM rollouts (preferably Dynamics 365)., • Industry experience in B2B services, industrial, energy or infrastructure sectors (strong plus)., • Strong structuring ability: able to turn ambiguity into clear governance, plans, and decisions., • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive‑level and board‑level narrative capability., • Strong analytical skills: dependency management, scenario analysis, trade‑offs., • High resilience, discretion, and ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities., • Strong stakeholder management: clarity, diplomacy, firmness with senior leaders., • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (executive‑level reporting)., • Experience with programme/portfolio tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Jira., • Familiarity with CRM delivery processes: backlogs, releases, testing, cutover., • Fluency in English (mandatory)., • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate., • Availability for periodic international travel depending on programme milestones.
