Your role at Cheil: Digital Signage Operations Manager What we are looking for? The Digital Signage Operations Manager oversees the strategy, deployment, operations, and continuous optimization of Samsung's cloud-based digital signage ecosystem powered by Samsung VXT (Visual experience Transformation), ensuring operational excellence and effective retail execution. Key Responsibilities: Digital Signage Strategy & Governance • Define and execute the VXT & Digital Signage roadmap aligned with business objectives., • Establish governance, operational standards, and best practices., • Drive automation, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Platform Ownership & Operations • Own VXT platform administration and performance., • Ensure platform stability, compliance, and uptime., • Oversee Digital Signage infrastructure deployment and optimization. Content Management & Retail Activation • Manage content publishing, scheduling, and quality control., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact., • Support retail activations and product launches ensuring brand consistency. Technical Leadership & Support • Lead resolution of platform, connectivity, hardware, and content issues., • Manage support processes, escalations, and SLA compliance with Samsung and external partners., • Maintain operational standards, technical documentation, and risk mitigation procedures. Vendor & Budget Management • Manage relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and service providers., • Own operational and project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business priorities., • Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, and contract compliance. Analytics & Continuous Improvement • Monitor operational KPIs, platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and network utilization., • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience., • Lead automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Management & Leadership • Partner with SEIB, HQ, Retail Operations, Marketing, Creative, and IT teams., • Lead cross-functional projects aligning business and technology goals., • Coach and develop DS Specialists while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Key Skills & requirements: • 7+ years' experience in Digital Signage, Retail, CMS Platforms, MarTech or related environments., • 3+ years leading teams and regional projects., • Advanced knowledge of Samsung VXT and/or Samsung MagicINFO. Retail deployment experience., • Budget ownership and vendor management experience., • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills Power BI or Tableau desirable, • Languages:B2 / C1 level of English required.
