Desde Gallery Hotel buscamos un/a cocinero/a para trabajar con nosotros Como Cocinero/a, tus funciones serán las siguientes: - Recibir, almacenar y distribuir materias primas en condiciones idóneas de mantenimiento y conservación hasta el momento de su utilización - Poner a punto el lugar de trabajo, preparando espacios, maquinaria y herramientas. - Realizar el servicio de las elaboraciones teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades, ámbitos de ejecución y protocolos establecidos. - Revisión de los aprovisionamientos y reposición de stocks en neveras y congeladores de su partida. - Ejecutar los procesos de envasado y conservación para cada género y elaboración culinaria siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria. - Aplicar los protocolos de seguridad laboral, higiene y calidad durante todo el proceso de producción - Cumplir con los objetivos de producción, actuando conforme a los principios de responsabilidad con las tareas encomendadas Los requisitos mínimos a cumplir para poder acceder a esta vacante son: · Formación en escuela de hostelería o experiencia mínima 2 años en puesto similar · Conocimientos de restauración · Conocimiento de banquetes y otros servicios

Estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento de maquinaria de hostelería con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este profesional será responsable de mantener, reparar y garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de la maquinaria e instalaciones utilizadas en el sector de la hostelería. La persona ideal tendrá conocimientos tanto en equipos de frío como de calor, además de habilidades en reparaciones generales como fontanería, albañilería, carpintería y electricidad. Responsabilidades Principales: Mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria de hostelería. Equipos de frío: neveras, cámaras frigoríficas, vitrinas refrigeradas. Equipos de calor: hornos, freidoras, tostadoras, salamandras, entre otros. Sistemas de ventilación y extracción de aire. Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas: Inspeccionar maquinaria y sistemas para identificar fallos o posibles riesgos. Implementar soluciones efectivas en tiempo y forma. Requisitos: Experiencia demostrable en reparación y mantenimiento de maquinaria de hostelería. Conocimientos sólidos en sistemas de frío y calor. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Disponibilidad para responder a urgencias y trabajar en horarios flexibles, si es necesario.
