About this role Job Purpose Handling Technical Sales operations in the Personal Care area, including face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers through various sales channels, assessing customer needs, developing sales bids and proposals and executing the sales contract, and identifying and building relationships with prospective customers, aligning with the sales strategy to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Critical results Managing the following General Sales Operations processes to ensure the achievement of targets: • Development of existing and new B2B customers, • Consultation with customers on their formulations and application developments, • Project/sample management, documentation, and follow-up, • Budget, forecast, price, and margin management, • Continuous collection and documentation (ERP/ BRM) of market information about customers, products, competition, suppliers, applications, and market trends, • Initiate/follow up sales, including starting projects, sending samples, and price offers. Work on forecasting, managing complaints, and ensuring good service to the customers, • Visit customers for sales and customer satisfaction purposes., • Report sales orders and customer or product data in BRM., • Travel allowance, • Salary based on candidate experience, • Must be able to travel within Spain (at least 40% of the time), • 1-year contract with the option to extend if results are achieved Education and Experience • Degree in Chemistry, Pharma, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, • A master's degree in cosmetology or Dermopharmacy is a plus, but not required, • Language skills: Spanish and English, • Basic understanding of the field, with a willingness to learn and develop further, • Able to support projects and processes under guidance, • Works collaboratively within a team environment, • Good organizational and communication skills, • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, • Commercial/managerial skills, • Technical skills, • Sales/service attitude, • Accurate and efficient, • Communicative and good social skills, • Proactive attitude, • Stress resistance, flexible attitude, discipline If you feel excited reading the above and want to join our journey, please send your resume in English by using the " Apply " button.
