Your main purpose Mission: As a Guest Relations agent, you will design tailored hospitality experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service. Arrival: Greet all arriving in-house guests to emphasize personalized service. Escort guests to the room. Show and inform about all the hotel facilities. Write and distribute guest letters, cards, invitations, and several gifts. Tailored Service: Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping, and F&B department regarding VIP amenities and special requests. Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guests' feedback. Distribute Internal Questionnaires to the guests upon departures. What will you bring? Previous experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment. Fluency in English. Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French). Computer Literacy and knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio). Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism. Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything. Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills.

Mission: As a Night auditor, you will be the one to provide a courteous, charming, and professional service to our guests following the company standards and procedures. Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries. Be fully aware of all reservation procedures and ensure that all relevant information is kept in Opera. Address guest complaints and requests and provide concierge services like wake-up calls. Complete and provide to the hotel management the Night Report. Reconcile and balance the hotel’s financial records from the day shift.
