What does being a Brand Ambassador with Sky entail? As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the representative of a prestigious cosmetics brand. Your main mission will be to offer a personalized experience to each customer, highlighting the benefits and qualities of the brand's products, while driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Specialized Advice: Provide personalized customer service, recommending products tailored to their needs. Product Demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations focused on perfumery, explaining their benefits and how to use them correctly. Boost Sales: Identify potential customers, encourage new sales opportunities, and build trusting relationships. Promote the Brand Image: Ensure that products are well displayed and in optimal condition, always conveying a positive brand image. Inventory Management and Sales Tracking: Monitor inventory and report sales performance to ensure product availability. Requirements: Training in aesthetics, cosmetics, or perfumery. Previous retail experience, preferably in the perfumery sector. Proactive, sales-oriented profile. High level of spoken and written English. Full availability to work 40 hours per week (rotating shifts) starting in July. Valid documentation: current DNI/NIE and Social Security Number.
