About the Role - Job Mission: They are hiring a GROUP TALENT SENIOR SPECIALIST. They are looking for a Group Senior Talent Specialist to join its HR team and play a key role in shaping and driving the Group’s talent development, learning, and change management agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling corporate talent and learning programs from the ground up, while supporting leaders across the organization during periods of transformation, growth, and integration. This is a hands-on and strategic position, ideal for a professional who can confidently challenge senior leaders, introduce modern learning solutions, and translate business strategy into impactful people development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Performance & Talent Management: Lead the performance cycle end to end (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and follow-up actions). Develop and implement talent mapping and talent review frameworks to accurately identify high performers, high potentials, and critical roles. Partner closely with senior leaders to ensure robust, objective, and high-quality performance and talent discussions across the organization. Translate performance and talent outcomes into concrete development, succession, and capability-building initiatives. Drive initiatives that raise the performance bar, strengthen accountability, and foster a high-performance culture. Monitor effectiveness through data, insights, and KPIs, ensuring follow-through and measurable impact on individual and organizational performance. Actively challenge leaders to address performance gaps, make courageous people decisions, and invest in the right talent. Learning and Development: Design, develop, and implement Group-wide talent development and learning strategies aligned with business priorities. Build corporate learning programs from scratch, including leadership development, capability frameworks, and career pathways. Define and deploy training architectures, curricula, and learning journeys across different levels and functions. Select, implement, and manage modern learning tools, platforms, and training systems (LMS, digital learning solutions, etc.). Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs using data and feedback. Change Management: • Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformations, integrations, and system implementations. • Partner with business leaders to assess change impact, define change strategies, and ensure adoption. • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, constructively challenging mindsets and behaviours when needed. • Support major transformation projects such as ERP implementations, integrations, or large-scale organizational changes. Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum of 4/5 years' experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Change Management in an international or Group environment. • Demonstrated experience building training programs from scratch. • Experience working with senior leaders and influencing at management level. • Fluent in English, both oral and written. Being able to communicate in Spanish, French or Dutch is a plus. • Minimum of 4/5 years' experience in a similar position Skills and competences: • Strong ability to challenge and influence leaders with credibility and confidence. • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking. • Strong knowledge of learning tools, digital platforms, and modern training methodologies. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Structured, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset. • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive initiatives independently. • Willingness to travel across Europe and work with multicultural teams
