    Somos Momentum Task Force y estamos en la búsqueda de un equipo de AZAFATAS/OS para trabajar en estancos de DONOSTIA, SAN SEBASTIAN. Tus funciones serán representar una marca reconocida de tabaco, promocionar sus productos e incentivar su venta, siempre con un enfoque profesional, respetuoso y orientado a resultados y al servicio al cliente. REQUISITOS Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata Vehículo propio y disponibilidad para moverse por la provincia. Valorable experiencia en ventas o promociones (en el sector tabaco es un plus). Habilidades sociales, comunicativas y con gran capacidad de organización. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: Promocionar e incentivar la venta de productos de una conocida marca de tabaco. Fidelización de clientes en los estancos asignados. Recogida diaria de información y reporte de resultados. OFRECEMOS: Apoyo diario de un coordinador/a y un equipo especializado Contrato FIJO DISCONTINUO y alta en la seguridad social. Jornada completa de 40 horas semanales de lunes a domingo. (09:00 a 14:00 y de 17:00 a 20:00). Salario de 1431 € Brutos/mes y con los siguientes bonus que incrementaran tu salario mensualmente Por cumplir con el objetivo de ventas mensual: 195 € brutos mensuales más. Por no faltar ningún día a trabajar: 104 € brutos mensuales más.     Your mission, should you choose to accept it We are looking for someone with bags of affinity in the field of Hotel Operations to grow with us. As our new Management Assistant, you will work closely with the Hotel Manager in leading a cool, fun and funky venue within The Social Hub community! You will be responsible for providing support to the hotel manager and the operations team. You will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of your hotels and will facilitate, measure and initiate processes to ensure operational excellence, staff well-being and community happiness. Essentially, you are the spider in the web. This includes quality- and cost-management, process improvements, and project management of hotel initiatives. In addition, you’ll also work closely with the hotel team leaders to support them on HR-related topics. What You’ll Do You’ll work very closely on day to day operations for TSH San Sebastian. You’ll support local leadership on projects in the fields of HR, operational excellence and, quality and cost control. You’ll support the teams in the hotel with planning and ongoing projects, tooling & systems and communications. You’ll ensure controls are in place to safeguard the operations in the different hotels, restaurants and bars and co-working spaces. You’ll manage and adjust operational procedures as needed. You’ll maintain and implement TSH standards of quality in all operations. Who You Are You have around 1 – 2 years of working experience. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality management or other Management studies. You’re a super-organizer that understands that creating value for our guests will have a positive financial effect. You are a connector and true people-person. An easy listener and trustworthy person. You are structured and loves to plan! You have affinity with hospitality, co-living / pbsa or comparable. You know your home-market inside-out and are very knowledgeable on local regulations. You have excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style. You feel connected to and have experience with working with different target groups; from corporate to students. You have the ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations. Personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy. Fluency in English and Spanish – know other languages? The more the merrier!
